  • How do I pay for services?
    Payment is due immediately by credit card, check or cash.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning supplies?
    Sky Cleaning Service provides all necessary eco-friendly cleaning supplies and almost all necessary materials required. If you have any specialty products you would like us to use, we will be more than happy to do so. Please leave all necessary instructions when booking your service.
  • Does someone need to be present?
    Whether or not you are at the space during your cleaning appointment is up to you. While booking please specify your entry instructions, if you have a doorman, visitors, or an entry code. Feel free to stick around during the cleaning. Whatever you are comfortable with fine with us.
  • What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
    We provide exceptional services every time. However, if you're not satisfied contact us within 24 hours after your service is complete and we will send a cleaning person to re-touch missed areas. The re-clean appointment must be scheduled and completed withing 24hrs of services. Please contact us and let us know where we fell short.
  • Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
    Yes, our credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).
  • Do I leave a tip?
    Tips are very appreciated by the cleaners. You can either leave the tip for the maid in the apartment or add it seamlessly to your booking. Your maids keep 100% of their tips.
  • How does Sky Cleaning Service work?
    Sky Cleaning Service is a cleaning company that allows you to book an appointment online, by email or phone. Once we receive your request we will contact you to coordinate the details and set you up with a cleaning maid to leave your home, office, or business in optimal condition.
  • What if something gets broken?
    You can contact Sky Cleaning Service directly or you will be contacted by a Sky Cleaning Service representative at the earliest convenience to discuss the event and find the best option to fix or possibly replace the broken item.
  • Is Sky Cleaning Service pet friendly?
    Yes, we are! Pets are our best friends. However, if your pet needs special attention while we are cleaning, please make temporary arrangements for the time of service.
  • How do I book my first appointment?
    Click the "Book Now" or "Get a Quote Now" button and schedule your appointment online. We will ask you a few personal questions and once booked you will receive an email confirmation. You can also schedule your cleaning service by phone at 507-273-7061 or 507-990-9067.

  • How is Sky Cleaning Service taking precaution during this pandemic?
    Your health and safety is important to us here at Sky Cleaning Service. Our cleaning staff practice a variety of precautions such as wearing masks, gloves, hand washing/sanitizing, using new or satinized equipment for each job, and practicing social distancing. Both our clients and staff reserve the right to cancel/decline a job if they have concerns for their health and safety. Please reach out to our office if you have any additional questions or special requests. If someone in your home becomes ill and you need to cancel, we are happy to waive any fees.
